This position plays a crucial role in expanding our client's market presence and maintaining strong B2B relationships in the nutraceutical ingredients industry. The Inside Sales Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for both existing and potential clients, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through order fulfillment while ensuring adherence to the company's high-quality standards and customer service excellence.
The Impact you’ll makeClient Relationship Management\nRespond professionally to client inquiries via email, phone, and fax\nProcess and facilitate documentation requests\nMaintain detailed records of all customer interactions in CRM\nReview and ensure documentation meets client needs\nFollow up with lapsed customers weekly\nSales Development\nExecute strategic cold-calling campaigns to potential clients\nProvide accurate price quotations using company pricing tools\nFollow the mandatory 3-step quotation follow-up process (1st email, 2nd email, phone call)\nMeet or exceed weekly sales and opportunity quotas\nEnter all quotations in the Order Entry System\nOrder Management\nProcess and verify purchase orders according to customer specifications\nRequest and coordinate sample requests from the production team\nCreate and maintain automated tasks/reminders using Insightly & Google Calendar\nMaintain accurate electronic records of all transactions\nResolve order issues in collaboration with management\nPerformance Tracking\nParticipate in Monday account representative meetings\nComplete Friday reviews of quota, incident, and performance logs\nMonitor and track opportunities entered in CRM\nReview RingCentral call logs weekly\nDocument all client interactions in Insightly CRM\n
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired:\nMinimum 2 years of B2B inside sales experience\nProven track record of meeting sales quotas\nExperience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools\nProficiency with order entry systems\nExperience with RingCentral or similar phone systems\nStrong documentation and data entry accuracy\nProficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)\nWFH Set-Up:\nComputer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.\nInternet speed of at least 40MBPS\nHeadset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam\nBack-up computer and internet connection\nQuiet, dedicated workspace at home\n\n\nYour Superpowers:\n
