This position will drive business growth by identifying and pursuing real estate opportunities through proactive sales outreach. The role combines sales development with relationship management to support the company's expansion in key markets while maintaining detailed documentation of all interactions and transactions.

The Impact you’ll makeSales Development\nExecute outbound sales calls using provided scripts\nAssess potential opportunities for property buying/selling\nBuild and maintain relationships with prospects\nDocument all sales activities in tracking systems\nLead Management\nConduct systematic follow-up calls via Google Voice\nManage email communications with stakeholders\nTrack and nurture leads through the sales pipeline\nMaintain detailed records of all prospect interactions\nDocumentation & Administration\nCreate and manage Excel spreadsheets for sales tracking\nDraft contracts using provided templates\nOrganize and maintain prospect and client information\nSupport documentation of transactions\nClient Relations\nFollow up with appraisals, buyers, and sellers\nMaintain regular communication with stakeholders\nProvide updates on transaction progress\nEnsure timely responses to all inquiries\nPersonal Support\nAssist with personal tasks\nSupport schedule management\nAdapt to additional tasks as needed\nMaintain flexibility for evolving responsibilities\n
