Key Reponsibilities:
Meet and exceed sales targets, including total booked order value and associated margin.
· Maintain sales pipeline and activity accurately in CRM tools.
· Generate sales pipeline by meeting outbound sales activity targets including phone calls,
customer conversations, quote deliveries, and order conversions.
· Provide quicker responses to customer inquiries, helping to resolve issues, and process orders
more efficiently.
· Prospecting new customers, research potential clients in the laboratory space and initiate
contact to drive new sales.
· Real-time Support for technical queries, product availability, etc. to offer immediate support
and solutions.
· Account Management to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
· Monitor orders, coordinate with logistics team for shipping to ensure timely delivery.
· Work closely with leadership to develop growth strategies for assigned territory.
· Work closely with marketing team to implement campaigns and promotions for consumables
· Collaborate with technical teams to provide detailed product specifications or handle complex
inquiries.
· Contact customers to follow up on leads generated through service and other channels.
· Stay updated on developments in the lab consumables sector to anticipate customer needs.
· Respond to customer inquiries and act as their point of contact for PerkinElmer.
· Occasionally offer training to customers on the proper use of certain consumables, especially if
they require specific handling or use protocols.
· Develop product knowledge to effectively grow portfolio within territory
Educational Qualification- Any graduate/postgraduate in science (Preferably Chemistry)
· Minimum 3-8 years of inside sales experience
· Effective time management and organization
· Strong communication skills
