Preparing sales proposals. Supporting outside sales staff.Providing best in class customer service to our customers at all times.Providing product information and regular vendor contact for various reasons i.e., expediting open orders.Using industrial & electrical product knowledge to better communicate with customers. Reaching out to customers on an as needed basis to inquire about potential future needs.Supporting customers by suggesting additional products that could compliment their needs for the specific job that they are working on.Working with credit department to inquire and help provide resolution to account financial status for customers.
Inside Sales Representative Requirements for the position include :
Minimum 2 years of electrical distribution sales experience required.Electrical supplies product knowledge required.Prior relationships with the vendors relevant to our industry/business (electrical) preferred.Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Must be committed to learning our business and keeping up to date on all product lines.Willingness to learn about all aspects of electrical and industrial distribution. Must be a self-motivated and sales driven individual.Experienced being responsible for maintaining and exceeding quota’s/sales goals.Must be able to learn our Windows based and our text command-based ERP System.Valid and clean driver's license to travel (as needed).Experience with our ERP System that is called Eclipse is a plus.Please note, we will only consider applicants that have electrical distribution sales experience.

Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, computer mouse, adding machine, and telephone for prolonged periods of time.Salary Commensurate with Experience
