Currently we are focussing to recruit one Inside Sales Representative who is native or fluent in Arabic & French for the Emerging Market. As a Digital Inside Sales Representative you are focusing on our General Business territories, you'll be a key player in building new business and growing the Elastic footprint within a select group of accounts with high potential. Your mission will be to ensure that our customers across Emerging Territory are maximizing the value of Elastic cloud solutions throughout their organizations. What You Will Be Doing:
Driving awareness and demand for Elastic solutions within a specified set of accounts by developing and executing a territory strategy/partner plan to expand and nurture these accounts. Acting as a champion for our cutting-edge technologies including GenAI, Vector Search, Security, and Observability. Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within existing accounts through your original strategies, incoming leads, personal efforts, contacts, and partnerships with regional players. Identifying and qualifying new opportunities across white space account by leveraging your creativity, inbound lead flows, personal prospecting efforts, contacts, existing accounts, and partnerships. Crafting and implementing a strategic prospecting strategy for daily execution to gain introductions, solve business challenges, and effectively position Elastic's technology. Collaborating cross-functionally with our sales development, marketing, partner, product and customer service teams to yield unparalleled results. Engaging with customers to uncover new business opportunities, steering them through the sales process and finalizing complex deals. Crafting a solid business plan utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.What You Bring With You:
3+ years’ sales experience within the software industry. Proven and also consistent track record of excelling in sales of SaaS subscriptions and deploying a sales approach that has led to the successful growth and management of both existing and new customers as well as new use cases. Reliable forecasting abilities, with a consistent track record of success in weekly, monthly, and quarterly projections. A passion for initiating and cultivating customer relationships, along with the ability to work harmoniously within a diverse team to attain extraordinary outcomes.
