There is a defined growth path for successful Inside Sales Representatives to be promoted throughout the sales organisation and other similar roles and marketing functions.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will showcase the ability to focus on an organisation’s initiatives, challenges, pain points and partner with an ecosystem of elite Field Sales, technical and operational partners. to bring value to those organisations through our sales process. You willCreate pipeline for your territory using demand generation and prospecting toolsFind new opportunities and quickly develop rapport with new clientsExplore & identify new opportunities in new accounts and/or buying centresQualify these opportunities by deep-diving into pain point and how Splunk can solve for it and applying the Budget, Authority, Need and Timeline methodologyResearch and present business intelligence about customers and prospectsGenerate business opportunities through professional networking and cold callingTravel occasionally for training and/or meetingsWho You AreSales hunter with a can-do mentalityCompetitive in nature but a strong team playerOpen to new approaches and creativitySelf-disciplined and well-organisedPersistent and resilientWhat You Need To Be Successful In This RoleMinimum 2 years of experience in selling or generating demand for enterprise IT solutions (BI, data analytics, security software, risk management software or similar)Fluency in German and English language, both written and spokenAn ability to analyse business data to tell a compelling and actionable storyAn ability to utilise prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Xing, etcCRM knowledge (Salesforce is a plus)Self-motivation and relentless in pursuit of creating their own successExcellent presentation and communication skillsHigh energy and contagious optimismConfidence in handling of objections and conflictTask prioritization, discipline, and accountabilityA strong executive presence, with polish and dedication to customer outcomesWhat we offer: We provide competitive compensation, a professional, collaborative and inclusive work environment as well as generous benefits, which include:
