Job Description:NIC Corporation, an Arrow company, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative professional who will support an account portfolio of valued customers. This position will work with the NIC field sales representatives and territory representatives to manage and grow assigned territories. This role will be a 70/30 split with the hourly rate indicated below as the base compensation, not including OTE.
What You’ll Be Doing
Offer exemplary customer service and product knowledge expertise with an aim to expand market share, and grow businessQuote bill of materials and ensure follow-up and quote conversionSystematically manage own assigned portfolio by taking proactive and regular actions related to sales and the administration of the account baseIdentifying new sales opportunities by working with customers to provide technical support, managing/maintaining ordersMaintain accounts by providing customer service on ordersTracking shipments, maintaining orders, managing backlog, expediting orders and troubleshootingStrategically manage the assigned portfolio through competition analysisManage and sell to assigned accounts in assigned territoryOther duties as assignedThis job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by ArrowWhat we are looking for

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$29.70 - $36.30Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
