Inside Sales Representative, Level I (ISR I)
The Inside Sales Representative, Level I (ISR I) position will focus on generating new business opportunities through selling EnlivenHealth solutions into single store Independent pharmacies. The ISR I will be responsible for developing new business opportunities to grow the EnlivenHealth customer base and market share while achieving monthly/quarterly/annual quota targets. Accounts will include new prospects and existing accounts. This role will work collaboratively with Digital Experience team members and Solution Sales to ensure coordinated execution.
The ISR I will report to the Manager, Inside Sales, and be an individual performer on the Inside Sales Team within EnlivenHealth.
Responsibilities
The ISR I role includes the following responsibilities:
Prospecting: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, lead generation, campaigns, and social media outreach. Qualifying: Assess potential leads to determine their fit with the company's target market and products/services. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and addressing customer inquiries. Product Knowledge and Certification: Develop an understanding of EnlivenHealth’s products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers. CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, forecast and customer interactions. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including Sales Management, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Digital Experience, and Solution Sales to achieve sales goals. Results: Set and achieve daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals and activities. EnlivenHealth Advocacy: Represent EnlivenHealth's mission, core values, and vision. Be a Team Player: Actively participate in team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and brainstorming activities to further grow our business.Required Skills/Knowledge
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and prospects Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in using computers and CRM software (Salesforce, Gong, Zoom) Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors’ degree. 0-2 years of sales experience
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
Experience with Salesforce, Gong and Zoom Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and trends across healthcare or pharmacy space Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Working Conditions
Office-based environment located in Ft. Worth, TX May involve some occasional travel for sales meetings or conferences
