Inside Sales Representative IIUnder minimal supervision, this role is responsible for the Lead to Order portion of the sales process. You will provide timely customer communications regarding quotes, lead times, account status, or any other customer requests or concerns of increasing complexity. Work with Trade Compliance to ensure required diligence is taken for restricted products and materials. Provide priority guidance to Operations for constrained items. Partner with strategic account management at larger accounts, but may be the primary account lead for smaller accounts. Work cross functionally to identify best practices and continuous process improvement that impact a range of processes in the sales cycle. Create and maintain positive customer relationships by providing world-class sales support and service.Job Description:
Manage CRM data for effective communication of sales opportunities, customer quotes, and account contacts and status.Respond and follow up to customer requests or concerns of any type.Provide customer price quotes using approved price list or working with account manager / pricing analyst.Coordinate requests for quotation activities to include value pricing, cost, and technical review with sales, production and engineering personnel.Work closely with sales management to establish long-term contract agreements with customers.Identify and report market and competitive intelligence through conversations with the customer.Ensure all exported orders meet Trade Compliance regulatory guidelines.Process returned goods and credit / replacement orders and customer complaints.Work in conjunction with Account Managers within the Sales & Operations Planning timelines and process.May provide guidance and support to junior members of the team.Provide high level customer support to high profile customer.No Cold Calling.

Solid understand of sales process and how the sales team integrates with other departments to accomplish objectives.Ability to address unique customer issues that arise.Ability to understand and act on verbal and written instructions, comfortable modifying standard operating procedures as appropriate to meet customer needs.Advanced Excel skills required.Intermediate computer (data entry, ERP, Outlook, Windows, etc.) and time-management skills.Ability to build strong knowledge of CoorsTek products and services and the relationship to customer use.Must exhibit attention to detail as well as excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.Shift:
