Inside Sales Representative II

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time – Remote

Preferred Job Location: Italy

Key Responsibilities:

Foster positive relationships by making daily outbound calls and engaging with decision-makers at all levels and functions to promote/sell Contract Services.

Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve or surpass your objectives.

Keep our CRM system up to date with accurate account, lead, and opportunity data. Analyze and handle forecasts and sales funnel.

Conduct sales calls, encouraging long-term relationships with both new and existing customers via phone or video conferencing.

Prepare, review, and follow up on tailored sales quotes/ contract services for your assigned region.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Over 2 years of sales experience, preferably in an inside sales role.

Experience in the Life Sciences sector is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

Fluency in Italian and English is required; proficiency in French and/or Spanish is a bonus.

Strong communication, with a talent for relationship-building and customer engagement.

A passion for collaboration and the ability to handle projects in a collaborative environment, delivering outstanding customer service.
