INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (South Central U.S.)

Bachelor’s degree in management/ business or engineering or equivalent from an accredited institution.
2 years of sales or customer service experience.
Strong communications, interpersonal, leadership, presentation and computer skills.
Knowledge of automobile/ commercial vehicle industry.
Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
Bilingual with proficiency to communicate with customers in English and Spanish.

This position is an entry level sales position within the Howmet Wheels Systems (HWS) Commercial Organization. This role will be based out of our Monterrey office location. Howmet Aerospace. Include traveling with several outside sales representatives, as well as learning from the HQ Staff. The ISR position is designed to prepare the incumbent to be effective is an outside sales environment. The role is accountable for conducting inside sales activity to identify opportunities over the phone and or qualify leads to transition to an outside sales representative. The inside sales activity will consist of the following in Mexico and South-Central US territory in the United States (States of TX, OK, KS, AR Western & Central MO and LA)
