The ISR will be responsible for new account acquisition by selling Arctic Wolf Endpoint suite (Aurora) through and with the Channel (Technology Partners/Resellers) .
Responsibilities
Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas through a solid, measurable sales process while conducting detailed and professional sales campaigns.Successfully develop, manage, and own multiple sales cycles including strategies, decision making, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and forecastsCollaborate with internal lead generation working with Demand, Channel & Distribution resources to establish pipeline of business and expand opportunities within the territory.Deliver high-level demonstrations to showcase the value of Aurora Endpoint SecurityIdentify net new prospects in assigned territory through discovery calls, regular partner meetings, events, partner registrations and personal prospecting.Partner and strategize with channel partners in your assigned region to drive revenue growth for Endpoint Security to provide input for planning long and short-term business objectives.Understand client business issues and needs to formulate recommended solutions that drive value for the customerBe adaptable and creative in your approach to solve challenges as they arise and embrace the changing needs of the ISR role as the business evolvesApproach work with a growth mindset and stay positive in the face of change and ambiguityUtilize Outreach, salesforce and other tools as part of your daily workMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in salesforceStay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed insights to clientsProvide weekly performance updates on your business to your manager and key stakeholders.Key Skills

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or combination of education and relevant experience1-3 years quota achievement in Sales, Partner Development or Customer Success rolesMust be eligible to work and based in the United StatesMust be fluent in English either Portuguese or Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both languagesHas conducted business in Latin America – particularly in Brazil, Mexico and ArgentinaExperience and proven ability articulating the distinct aspects of products and servicesCRM experience, Salesforce, or other applicable software platformSelf-motivated and driven for outstanding results with focus on quality and the customerCommitment to your personal work product, sales development, and careerAbility to be flexible and work in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environmentStrong oral, written and social media communication skillsExcellent creative, multi-tasking, problem solving and organizational skillsThe ability to work with a variety of internal groupsSolid technical aptitude & business acumenCurious, positive, and aggressive attitudePreferred Qualifications
