Job Purpose
We are looking for a driven and service-oriented Inside Sales Representative for a temporary 9-month position. This role involves supporting our sales team in southern Sweden. You will be an important part of our sales operations, working closely with the sales team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and attention. The position is based at our headquarters in Karlstad, other option is our Gothenburg office. Our other sales team members are spread across Sweden and generally do not work from the Karlstad office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Customer Contact and Sales: Handle incoming inquiries and actively reach out to both new and existing customers to build and maintain customer relationships. Support for Field Sales Representatives: Manage incoming inquiries for the other field sales representatives in the region, allowing them to focus on visiting both their own customers and the customers of the representative on leave during this period. Order Management: Ensure that customer orders, quote requests, and other administrative tasks are handled smoothly and efficiently. Product Knowledge and Advisory: Provide customers with advice on products and services and respond to questions related to our products Qualifications Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or another customer-related role. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Ability to work in a structured manner and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic understanding of our product areas and the ability to quickly gain product knowledge. Experience working with CRM systems or other customer management tools is an advantage. Experience with SAP is also an advantage. Personal Attributes: Solution-oriented with a positive attitude and a service focus. Self-driven and responsible, with strong prioritization skills. Flexible and attentive to customers' needs.
