We are seeking our new Inside Sales Representative with Dutch to join the Axway team!
Responsibilities Prospect, plan, qualify, develop, prove and close opportunities;Manage forecasts, close deals, and track customer data using standard customer relationship management (CRM) tools;Meets monthly and quarterly revenue and bookings commitments;Coordinates activities with clients and strategic partners to further establish Axway’s penetration within the existing customer base;Be the customer’s advocate;Establishes strong relationships with key executives at strategic accounts;Get access to power on the business and IT sides;Determines the sales approach to sell complex IT solutions;Creates and implements a Territory Development Plan;Work in collaboration with AE;Forecast;Developing a strong customer satisfaction culture;Articulate value proposition and understand the power map on each opportunity. QualificationsProven track record of sales successes in a software company is a plusThe candidate’s profile should include more specifically “hunting” sales skillsAbility to create and execute complex sales strategiesStrong interpersonal communication (written and oral) and presentation skills are required. The candidate understands he/she is part of team who share the same goals and ambitionPossesses an acute sense of urgencyIntellectually curiousAbility to travel as requiredExcellent organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills both in French and EnglishExperience using customer relationship management (CRM) tools like Salesforce.com (SFDC)Must have a relevant university degree in business, sales, or marketing. Advanced degree in business management or marketing desirable.Good English language skillsExcellent communication skills (oral & written)Capacity for teamwork and to inspire positive behaviors
