What You Will Learn: The Inside Sales Representative is a role focused on facilitating the growth of an assigned group of territories by enhancing sales processes effectiveness and efficiency. Dynamic position with ability to flex into different areas to support needs of the region. The position will assist the sales activities interfacing with customers and support the overall sales effectiveness within their territories. Base can fluctuate – new come in and some transfer out due to needs of business. Goal fluctuates upon transfer. This person will provide the highest level of responsiveness and follow through while maintaining a positive attitude in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. + Establish and maintain effective team partnerships with RDs and RSMs + Provide excellent service experience and be a liaison to our customers + Responsible for learning and maintaining extensive knowledge of all SkinCeuticals products, clinical studies, promotional material, and technical literature + Work as a primary point of contact for territory assigned and customers during their time out of territory + Maintain service levels by contacting by phone all accounts in assigned vacant and non-rep territories a minimum of 1x monthly. + Launch new products to vacant territories and support regional initiatives of launch. + Support assigned territory with customer training including product education and help equip accounts with the appropriate tools to inform patients of products, efficacy, and clinical data (ie. Pro Site) + Provide customer support including administrative support and customer onboarding (form completion – credit card, tax form, signatures, general terms of sale when requested, product returns, etc). + Provide marketing support to customers including monthly promotional information and the creation of marketing items for customers + Manage a monthly expense budget as set by management. + Special projects aligned to support sales team. Responsible to follow and adhere to the highest levels of integrity, compliance and all applicable policies, laws, and regulations What We Are Looking For: Required Qualifications: + Corporate business or related job experience + Strong proficiency with Microsoft’s Office products + Excellent communication skills + Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in heavy workload environment + Persuasive and diplomatic + Strong team-building skills + Ability to work with multiple authority figures + Self-motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment + Conducts self in an ethical and professional manner + Demonstrate honesty and integrity while modeling behaviors that are consistent with SkinCeuticals policies, procedures, and ethos + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and work ethic + Ability to handle stress, multiple priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment + Pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude + Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed Preferred Qualifications: + 4-year college degree preferred + 3-4 years of corporate business or related job experience preferred + Bi-Lingual As an integral part of our culture at L’Oréal, wellness is at our core.
