If so, you might be the person that we are looking for to join our Service Sales team in Germany.

We are currently looking for an Inside Sales – Services person to join our team as part of the Agilent CrossLab Group.

In this cross regional role you will be supporting Account Managers in SSD Germany during their daily business with large enterprise accounts, work independently on your smaller services quotes. The support includes to help to address laboratory productivity concepts to large account customers in the life science and chemical analysis market in Germany and industry.

Beyond that it also includes developing customers and their satisfaction.

Represent the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities, guided by the Account Manager.

Qualifications

Acts independently or as part of a sales team and may support a field sales team. Responsible for closing the sale on services by talking to customer via digital means – TEAMS, email, online store, webchat. Requires in-depth knowledge of all services products and contracts. You will collaborate closely with the local Field Service organization and the SSD Account Managers

We are looking for a motivated team player and has;

A Bachelor or Master Degree or equivalent.Ideally first sales experienceKnowledge of the Pharmaceutical, Biopharma and Chemical Analysis industry would be a valued assetExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) in German and English and teamwork skillsOutstanding presentation, planning and organizational skillsComputer literate with advanced skills using Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) plus other IT systems

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
