May include support roles with specialized experience or technical knowledge in a broad area. + Applies general business knowledge developed through education or past experience. Understands how the work of their own team contributes to the area. + Problem-solving using established procedures. Consults supervisor or senior team members regarding issues outside the defined parameters/instructions. + Collaborates with others to solve problems.
