Please apply is you are interested. Location: Onsite in Newport News, VA Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Job Description: Respond to customer inquiries for Keller products. Aid customer in selection of Keller product best suited for their application. Preparation and follow up of quotes and proposals. Provide customer technical support on products. Travel for customer/prospect visits, trade shows, and training. Travel primarily in North America, Caribbean and Switzerland. answering phone calls, emails, and occasional fax from customers and prospective customers. Answering questions on needs, writing emails, researching applications to recommend products for what the customer needs follow up with customers on technical support 80% of job is inside sales have to be open to traveling to trade shows, customer visits, and going to Switzerland for 3 weeks of training Additional Skills & Qualifications: A fundamental understanding of the principles of pressure measurement (to be supplemented by on the job training). The ability to effectively communicate technical information, in both oral and written form. General knowledge of basic electronic circuits and hard- and soft-ware computer interfaces. College degree in technical, engineering, or business discipline. Computer operation including use of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel.
