Postion: Inside Sales Specialist III

Reports To: Senior Manager, Commercial Excellence

Location: Oshkosh, Wisconsin - HYBRID

Position Summary:  

The Inside Sales Specialist role is for the Automation Solutions business which is part of the Motion Control Solutions (MCS) Sector. The role is focused in our conveyor and palletizing business selling into multiple industries. Our business purpose is to create a better tomorrow by energy-efficiently converting power into motion. Major Responsibilities: 

Work collaboratively with Outside Sales Team, Internal Application Engineers and assigned customers to manage/deliver opportunities, enter Request For Quotation (RFQ) in Sales Force, deliver quotations and customer support, virtually, with the goal to grow sales while increasing customer satisfaction

Manage and assign incoming sales leads per account assignment

Prepare and maintain Bowler Reports (TTI/KPI) with weekly/monthly/quarterly activity cadence reviews

Identify sales opportunities and utilizes a team-based selling approach to meet defined sales goals

Understand and practice strategic and partnership building skills to grow sales, increase customer base and improve customer satisfaction

Maximize new business and marketing opportunities via the execution of BU Playbooks

Embrace industry practices and appropriate digital business tools to drive results

Generate new leads / opportunities and successfully turn new leads into regular customers by following the L20 / Lead Management CRM process

Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel at assigned sales representative accounts, channel partner accounts and end users

Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives at assigned partners

Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis

Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners

Leverage Regal Rexnord’s digital tools to enhance customer experience

Be technically competent in the knowledge and application of all Regal Rexnord Automation Solutions

Required Education / Experience / Skills:  

BA/BS Industrial Technologies/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Distribution or related field preferred

0-2 years Food and Beverage Automation/ Home & Health Care Automation/Industrial Automation/Commercial / technical sales and/or Marketing experience, manufacturing or technical industry preferred

Mechanical aptitude, Ability to effectively make digital presentations

Competent in MS Office applications / CRM Management / Business application software

AutoCad skills are a plus (ability to move, measure and interpret facility layouts and customer concepts)
