We are looking for a new teammate to join us as Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Breda. You will liaise with our sales management team and customers to maximise our customer service internally and externally in terms of order processing.
Responsabilities
Reactive and proactive order processing of customer orders
Administration of returns, repairs and customer complaints
Liaison with: customers; sales management; operations
Proficient use of: Sage Line 1000; CRM; Relevant review applications
Process order documentation; manage return of goods; administer complaints
Be aware of and adhere to relevant company procedures
Maintain rapport with: suppliers; credit control; stores/despatch; customers
Proactive teamwork; proficient knowledge of job & products; seek training
Work with sales team to ensure customer & company satisfaction
Efficient teamwork with the other office people
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in similar job position in a demanding environment.
Valuable experience in a sales department.
Results oriented, used to work towards objectives, willing to go for the extra mileĀ
Customer oriented and solution driver.
Autonomous and able to manage different subjects at the same time.
Flexible and open-minded.
Proactive, collaborative, attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English
