Inside Sales Specialist
**TITLE:** Inside Sales Specialist - APAC **REPORTS TO:** Feng Zhou – Associate Sales Operation Director **DATE OF LAST REVISION:** **January** **202** **5** **GCRF:** **P2A** **Position Summary** As part of the Customer experience team, the Inside Sales Specialist applies standard work, best practices, various tools and internal systems to deliver proactive customer focus and timely completion of quotations, SalesForce opportunities, finance queries & general customer service enquiries. Working closely with Regional Sales Managers and our North American colleagues, the position provides critical support to the success of our proactive customer focused Service business. **Accountabilities** + Responsible for regional quotations and follow-up though SFDC, including assigning to RSM / AM + Responsible for providing clean PO check for AMPS orders received + First point of contact for customer queries e.g – shipment status, wgts & dims. + Providing support to finance for late payments / overdue invoices in region + Providing support for reviewing and correcting monthly booking & shipment reports . **Critical Competencies / Leadership Anchors:** + Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders, internal customers and associates in a fast-paced global environment + Self-motivated and able to multi-task and balance workload priorities to manage concurrent, conflicting priorities but still meet and negotiate deadlines under pressure + Attention to detail combined with strong organizational and scheduling skills + Strong team skills and acumen – be aligned with the business vision and common goals while achieving individual performance objectives. **Qualifications:** + 3-5 years of experience in a similar position + A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
