**POSITION SUMMARY**
DEXIS is one of the largest dental companies in the world. The Inside Sales organization has a charter to accelerate growth in software subscriptions. The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of a sales team by creating standardized processes, providing coaching and mentoring, and continuing to identify ways drive efficiencies within the team. The Supervisor leads a team of Software Sales Executives whose primary responsibility is to grow our DTX and DEXIS software subscription business, in addition to partnering with other departments to grow sales within the category.

**Job Requirements:**
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
+ High School orequivalentrequired
+ 2+ years of sales experience;Software orService-Level Agreement sales experiencepreferred
+ Able to inspire and lead the team through transformational change
+ Demonstrated ability to coach and develop high performing sales teams
+ Strongtrack recordof driving sales results through a team of direct reports
+ Strong analytical skills and ability to adjust tactics as needed to win in the marketplace
+ Experience with CRM and ERP systems
+ Willing and able to travel to the United States 1-2xs per year
**PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS**
+ 3+ years ofsubscriptionsalesleadershipexperience
+ Microsoft Dynamics or Sales Force Experience preferred
+ Bachelor’s degreepreferred
