Inside Sales Supervisor

What We Need:
Brady Corporation is seeking a Inside Sales Supervisor. This position is responsible for the day to day activities of the Inside Sales Specialists. The supervisor will provide ongoing feedback and coaching to all direct reports to maximize activity, efficiency and results. Develop a motivated team of revenue generating employees who can articulate the features and benefits associated with Brady’s suite of products and services.
What You'll Be Doing:
+ Perform monthly live call audits and provide documented coaching.
+ Review chat generated leads and opportunities to ensure DCRs are making daily contributions to the inbound pipeline.
+ Manage Inside Sales dashboard (in Salesforce.com) in order to create visibility while simultaneously holding reps accountable to daily and monthly performance metrics.
+ Provide Sales Opps with accurate data regarding spiff/incentive plan pay out.
+ Own phone and software set up for new hires (Salesloft and Nice).
+ Write and maintain up to date cadences in Sales Engagement while verifying consistent and uniform usage.
+ Collaborate with product management on new product launches.
+ Participate in chat audit and feedback process.
+ Use quantitative data to conduct performance reviews and yearly merit process.
+ Collaborate with direct supervisor on Inside Sales SMART goals and Incentive Plan.
+ Understand buying personas associated with most common Brady verticals/industries.
+ Identify process improvements (particularly as they relate to the usage of Salesforce, Salesloft, Nice, and SAP) to allow for a more efficient workplace.
+ Monitor pipelines for all reps performing telesales work to ensure aggressive and ongoing follow up.
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
+ Bachelor’s Degree.
+ Two years of proactive Inside Sales experience and two years of inbound Inside Sales experience.
+ One year of experience using Nice, Mitel, or comparable call center software such as five9, or Salesloft Sales Dialer.
+ Two years of Salesforce.com experience (or other relevant CRM).
+ High sense of urgency, highly decisive, with ability to delegate.
