**Essential Job Summary:**
The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the Inside Account Management team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. This role involves developing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics and providing coaching and training to team members.
**Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.**
+ Coaching & training sales team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them improve their sales skills.
+ Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze large data sets to identify trends and drive data-informed decision making.
+ Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve their targets and objectives by setting clear goals, providing direction, and fostering a collaborative environment.
+ Maintaining a customer centric mindset focused on ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
+ Generating sales reports and presentations, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
+ Proactively identifying areas of improvement in the sales process and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
+ Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, to align sales strategies with overall organizational goals.
+ Implementing sales plans and strategies effectively, overcoming obstacles, and delivering results.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
+ 3+ years in a management role.
+ Proven leadership experience in account management, customer service, or sales roles, preferably in the waste management or environmental services industry.
+ Advanced analytical skills managing large data sets.
+ Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
+ Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for managing account information and communication.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate across departments.
+ Understanding of waste management regulations, industry standards, and best practices is a plus.
