Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all details align with customer requests and company policies.

Prepare customer parts quotations required for scheduled maintenance and/or equipment problems, either damage or wear related. This requires technical aptitude, familiar with some engineering principles and design guidelines and the ability to comprehend mechanical and electrical systems.

Initiate customer contact proactively when change orders are required, ensuring all changes are communicated effectively and promptly.

Assist with order expediting, liaising between customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.

Coordinate processing of orders with Logistics Team regarding special instructions for shipping and expediting shipment from global warehouses as needed.

Assist with customer resolutions and RMA's according to company policy.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth sales operations, contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and queries promptly and professionally.

Perform other related tasks as delegated by department manager.
