+ Process purchase orders accurately, ensuring all details align with customer requests and company policies. + Prepare customer parts quotations required for scheduled maintenance and/or equipment problems, either damage or related. This requires technical aptitude, with some engineering principles and design guidelines, and the ability to comprehend mechanical and electrical systems. + Initiate customer contact proactively when change orders are required, ensuring all changes are communicated effectively and promptly. + Assist with order expediting, acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services. + Coordinate processing of orders with the Logistics Team regarding special instructions for shipping and expediting shipment from global warehouses as needed. + Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth sales operations, contributing to the achievement of sales targets. + Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and queries promptly and professionally. + Perform other related tasks as delegated by the department manager.
