Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential, as the role involves engaging with stakeholders via calls, emails, and instant messaging to resolve issues.Possess sound knowledge of the Quote-to-Order process.Work effectively with team members to address and resolve partner-related issues. Analyze root causes and propose potential solutions for discussion with team leads or managers.Manage Credit/CMR setup, including obtaining credit approvals and CMR creation in the system for direct order processing.Submit pricing requests in D365 based on inputs from Sales and Inside Sales Representatives.Handle MTM creation to ensure part number readiness in the system for order placement.Submit contract requests in D365/CRM aligned with PO and pricing approvals provided by Sales.Facilitate order loading by sharing POs, contracts, and relevant documents with Order Desk/Distributors/Business Partners, and follow up until sales order creation.Support the sales/ ISR to achieve their weekly commit.Assist Sales Managers/Regional Sales Managers in addressing customer queries related to order status, delivery updates, and other concerns.Demonstrate strong decision-making skills, especially in analytical tasks that require independent judgment.Prioritize and process requests within agreed Turnaround Time (TAT). As this is a global role, flexibility to attend calls during non-standard hours may be required.Ensure KPIs related to productivity, accuracy, and TAT are consistently met.Provide support during quarter-end and month-end peaks to manage increased workloads effectively.Participate in projects and programs assigned as part of additional responsibilities.
