The Role\: Inside Service Sales Associate

We are looking for an experienced professional who can help us deliver exceptional customer experiences and generate commercial value for our business.

What will you do?

You will\:

·  Prepare and distribute sales leads

·  Send e-mail notifications to the internal and/or external customers for 1-phase opportunities.

·  Oversee process for service requests making sure they are created and communicated to partner and customer.

·  Identify duplicate accounts and opportunities in bFS and work with team to clean data.

·  Execute all TMM/V2/Government Inside Service Sales Representatives’ internal administrative requests, these can include, but are not limited to\:

o  Creating quotes

o  Building master agreements

o  Data cleansing

o  Account/Asset registration/revisions

o  Entitlement / Asset information report pull

o  Service/Warranty Certificate

o  International Credit Claims (ICC)

o  Direct Account Request

o  Credit Merchandise Authorization (CMA)

o  Regional Sales Budget (RSB) requests

o  Customer invoicing requirements

o  Customer documentation of work requests
