The Role\: Inside Service Sales Associate

We are looking for an experienced professional who can help us deliver exceptional customer experiences and generate commercial value for our business.

What will you do?

·  Prepare and distribute sales leads

·  Send e-mail notifications to the internal and/or external customers for 1-phase opportunities.

·  Oversee process for service requests making sure they are created and communicated to partner and customer.

·  Identify duplicate accounts and opportunities in the tool and work with team to clean data.

·  Execute all Inside Service Sales Representatives’ internal administrative requests, these can include, but are not limited to\:

o  Creating quotes

o  Building master agreements

o  Data cleansing

o  Account/Asset registration/revisions

o  Entitlement / Asset information report pull

o  Service/Warranty Certificate

o  International Credit Claims (ICC)

o  Direct Account Request

o  Credit Merchandise Authorization (CMA)

o  Regional Sales Budget (RSB) requests

o  Customer invoicing requirements

o  Customer documentation of work requests
