Job Description:
Location: Indianapolis, IN
This is work from home position, but you must live in Indianapolis to be considered.
Compensation: $16 per hour
Shifts:
8am EST start
Shifts can often go longer than 8 hours. Expect overtime and overtime pay depending on seasonal volume.
Position Summary
Process ticket reschedules based on positive response from customer. Status locates, by utility customer, across various regional markets
Responsibilities
Work with USIC field staff, as well as on-call contractors to reschedule service tickets, document in the USIC Ticket Pro systemInside Services Representatives will call and e-mail USIC field tech/contractors to reschedule ticket completion date, document and follow up with the technician in the fieldStatus utility locates for assigned utility customers within the USIC Ticket Pro systemRequirements
Ability to utilize computers and other office equipmentMust be proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and Outlook which are used dailyExcellent customer service skillsMust be detail oriented and able to multi-taskExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsAbility to work in a multi-line phone system environmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
