We are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to be an encouraging role model for our customer service team. This role will supervise a team of Customer Service Representatives in a call center environment.

Highlights of your role Provide leadership to the customer service team communicating clear goals, effectively positioning teams, creating alignment, motivating employees, driving for results, monitoring performance, and following upProvide employees with training, tools, and experiences that encourage professional growth and increases self-equity within the company. Connect employees with key resources of knowledge in the areas of product, pricing, technical, system, and communication. Ensure a flow of feedback between management and individual contributors is present.Monitor department performance and position teams according to need. Be a keen listener to employee and customer feedback. Identify opportunities to enhance customer and employee experience. Eliminate non-value add measures. Partner with subject matter experts for people, product, systems, and process to create better solutionsExhibit excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with employees and customers. Find enjoyment in de-escalating and creating solutions for difficult service situations. Follow up regularly with key stakeholders in service cases to create alignment and communicate direction. Compensation $67,000 - $78,000 You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Ability to handle highly-confidential information with sensitivity and discretionDemonstrated ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy when completing multiple assignmentsDemonstrated ability to proactively make recommendations for more efficient and innovative ways to accomplish tasks, hence improving current operationsOperates as a true team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently

Also want to make sure you have High school diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)Minimum of 5 years of customer service experienceExpert proficiency of MS Professional Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPossesses a “can do” mindset and the flexibility to take on random projects and ad hoc tasks as necessaryCurrently live within normal commute to Warroad, MN or willing to relocate to Warroad.
