McCormick is hiring a leader to build and operationalize the Insider Risk Management program. The Insider Risk Lead, reporting to the Director of Cybersecurity Threat Management, will be responsible for setting the strategy for identification and mitigation of insider risks across the enterprise
Responsibilities
Lead development of Insider Risk Management program including program documentation, governance structure, mitigation approaches, and investigation processes Hire, grow, and build a high performing team of insider risk professionals Develop, maintain, and align program roadmaps and projects with organization strategy Create strategy for monitoring and response of insider risk use cases Lead development of detection rules and investigations into relevant matters Define and develop metrics to measure and socialize maturity and health with senior leadership Provide thought leadership to enterprise-wide efforts related to insider risk and counterintelligence Partner with Physical Security, Cybersecurity, IT, HR, Legal, and another stakeholders to manage potential areas of risk across the business
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, related degree, or measurable knowledge from serving in industry/military/government unit. CISSP, ITPM, CEH, GCIH, ENCE, GCFE or other relevant security professional certifications Minimum 8 years’ professional experience working in cybersecurity, insider risk management, or information technology Minimum 3 years’ direct experience working on an insider risk, data loss or counterintelligence team Proven experience working with cross-functional teams within a large organization Strong working knowledge of Insider Threat and Counterintelligence use cases Proven experience conducting employee interviews Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills Proven ability to successfully collaborate with business and technology leaders and teams

Base Salary: $103,520 - $181,150
Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan.
