Calgaz Gasco Inside Sale Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Focus on North & South American market; gain understanding of the routes to markets to include logistical and product products neededWork with the Commercial team to develop and maintain customer database, contact management system & collate market intelligenceData will be inputted timely in our sales pipeline databaseTarget and communicate with all customer locations throughout the regions designated for focusAbility to negotiate, close, and maintain customer’s needsUpdate all relevant sales leads into the Sale Pipeline Database in a timely mannerWork closely with Logistics Partner to maintain & augment delivery performance and stock requirementsMeet sales and margin targets as establishedWork and communicates closely with global team in order to achieve goalsEnsure customer retentionBecome the customer advocate within AirgasMonitor customer satisfaction and resolve their concernsVerify that customer is administrated accuratelyKnow when accounts are at risk by constantly monitoring competitors, competitive products and maintaining the competitive databaseValued customer resource for business development and capabilitiesManage portfolio to maximize profitabilityImplement price attainment to achieve objectivesMeets or exceeds the company's safety standardsHas no personal, recordable accidentsHas no vehicular, chargeable accidentsPromotes safety through actions and attending safety meetingsEnsures compliance with local HSE regulationsManages and builds relationships at all levels with existing key accounts________________________Are you a MATCH?

General Requirements:

Bachelor/College degree (in Science preferable) or working experience5 + years of progressively responsible experience in selling or customer service2-3 years in the particular industry targetedProven ability to sellKnowledge of the targeted industry preferably (Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Oil & Gas, Marine Industries) including the leaders and their strategiesExcellent written, oral and presentation skillsStrong working knowledge of SAP, Google Kite, and other systems used
