What the mahi will look like: As an Insights Analyst, you will provide insights that will support commercial business decisions, consolidating data from various sources. You will collect, lead and present data findings to stakeholders using impactful insights. Some of your responsibilities will include: Utilise data, research and analytical techniques to form a convincing narrative and make recommendations to business needs Dashboard and report creation, as well as utilising workflow management systems Skills and experience that will lead to success: You will be a strong analytics candidate who has a problem solving and analytical mind, along side analysis of sales or financial experience this will set you apart. As the go to for all things data, you will be able to effectively communicate findings in business terms. A few key areas we are looking for: Ability to provide actionable insights using trend and insight analysis Experience in tools SQL, PowerBI and Excel Predictive and data modelling experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
