Ipsos Simstore is an international market research agency specialized in analyzing and predicting shopper behavior. By means of our virtual store platform, called Simstore. With our research solutions we help our clients to answer important strategic questions, such as creating a category vision, identifying the optimal shelf lay -out, evaluating the potential of new packages.
Your role
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Insight Consultant that is passionate about quantitative research. You will be working in an international environment and involved in every step of the research from design to delivery of results.
Main Responsibilities
Project management Project management is performed with support from Insights Director or Business Development Director if needed Analysis and report writing Presentation and discussion of results Ensure client satisfaction and quality throughout the project
Main Work Tasks
Coach, advise and contribute to professional development of Insight Analysts Give input/recommendations to client regarding suitable research setup Write proposals (in agreement with Insight Director / Business Development Director) Keep regular client contact throughout the project Write and develop questionnaires Handle contact with panel providers, prepare and project manage data collection Ensure programmed link matches approved questionnaire Check quality of data Data management needed for the analysis of Simstore products Presentation and discussion of results Ensure that agreed project deadlines and timings are met
Your profile
As an insight consultant, we expect you to be flexible, good with deadlines and curious to learn about how shoppers make decisions. At Ipsos Simstore we like to be authentic and are looking for this in our people as well.
Minimum of an HBO degree (e.g., Marketing / Business Administration/ Psychology / Communication / Economics etc.) Minimum of 3 years working experience Interest in quantitative (ad hoc) market research Interest in coaching and advising the team of Insight Analysts Combines an analytical mindset with a healthy dose of creativity Experience with SPSS, PowerPoint and Excel Fluent in both Dutch and English Proactive attitude and service minded International mindset
