Insights Analyst
Insights Analyst is a critical member of the team who will have the opportunity to build great client relationships, gain research and consulting skills, and make a real impact on the customer experience for big-name brands around the world. This role plays an important part in customer retention and service tier upsell programs.

Insights Analyst Responsibilities:
Interact with Researchers, Insights Managers, and Insights Directors to cull data and develop insights which clients can action on to drive business results Prepare drafts of consulting-style presentation decks that tell a story and provide real insights based on SMG survey data Leverage internal tools to pull data and reporting leveraged for client and internal insight deliverables Ensure deliverables have account specific data and are arranged to fit the story defined by the Insights Manager or Director, and provide final decks for presentations Responsible for the quality assurance of all insight deliverables Assist account team with day-to-day tasks and management of client deliverables ensuring all project deadlines are met Collaborate and interact with clients in a variety of ways, including participating and taking notes during client conference calls Communicate daily with internal and external stakeholders Perform other related duties as assignedWhat you’ll need to succeed:
At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience Bachelor’s degree Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel + PowerPoint) Ability to produce high quality work free from errors and inaccuracies Strong problem-solving skills Experience working with large data reports Experience programming surveys in a platform such as CMIX (ideal), Survey Monkey or QualtricsExperience with PowerBI (ideally) or a similar BI toolExperience with a consulting firm, market research company, or other service-based organization is a definite plusAbout SMG:
