We are looking for a dedicated Ecosystem Manager like you to be a part of our team. **Job Summary and Qualifications** The Insights and Partnerships Manager partners with Digital Transformation and Innovation (DT&I) leaders and innovators to enable their vision and strategy via Market Intelligence deliverables, Partnership Strategy and Selection, and Partnership Support. The initiatives that the Insights and Partnerships Manager will focus on will require that they are well versed in software and AI model development and architecture. Reporting to the Ecosystem Director, the Insights and Partnerships Manager is key to establishing thriving external partnerships and being in tune with emerging technologies (e.g., AI, GenAI, Computer Vision, etc.). Must reside in or relocate to Nashville. Up to 25% Travel. **Major Responsibilities:** + Lead Market Intelligence deliverables across initiatives that focus on emerging AI and digitally-based technologies to support the strategy of DT&I leaders Collaborate with DT&I leadership to facilitate Partnership Strategy and Selection to enable DT&I initiatives – from deeply understanding and documenting the vision and needs to coalescing multiple data sources to create market intelligence reports, and facilitating decision-making optimizing value Stay current on trends, feeding key insights back into DT&I, and maintain current view of the growing and shifting market and emerging technologies related to healthcare innovation. + Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders within DT&I and across the broader HCA enterprise Drive DT&I leadership engagement and alignment across ecosystem efforts, tools, frameworks and processes Understands market landscaping, startup funding options/stages, key business model considerations, and how to distill key insights and turn into actionable recommendations. + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. + Ability to build, develop, and sustain relationships. + Strong business acumen. + Experience leading senior professionals through influence. **What qualifications you will need:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar - Required + 3+ years of experience in role requiring expertise in software architecture, data flow, and/or software systems - Required + 3+ years of experience in healthcare innovation strategy, venture capital, management consulting, startups, and/or corporate innovation - Required + Experience leading senior professionals through influence - Preferred **Work Location/Schedule:** + Nashville, TN area (near Centennial Park) + Onsite: M-F **Travel Required:** + This job may require up to 25% travel.
