InSite Program Manager- Commerce City
**Project Manager – Energy Refinery** **Location:** On-site in Commerce City, CO **Salary:** $75,000 - $85,000 per year + Annual Bonus (15% of salary based on previous year’s revenue) **Schedule:** 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM **Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented **Project Manager** to oversee operations at our energy refinery in Commerce City, CO. This role requires strong time management, business acumen, and compliance expertise. The Project Manager will be responsible for financial reporting, shipment coordination (including rail and Canadian shipments), and overall program management. **Key Responsibilities:** + Oversee financial performance, including **P&L management, cost reporting, and invoicing.** + Coordinate shipments, including lab packing, cylinder management, and handling large-volume shipments (30+ boxes). + Conduct **facility-wide compliance audits** to ensure proper housekeeping and regulatory adherence. + Manage hazardous waste programs and ensure compliance with waste management regulations. + Utilize **Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and waste management systems** for tracking and reporting. + Provide weekly status reports to facility management and support required reporting functions. + Ensure accurate documentation for regulatory compliance, including the **Generator’s Annual Report.** + Maintain inventory levels for routine service needs and ongoing projects. + Track waste from **generation to disposal ("cradle to grave")** and coordinate proper labeling, classification, and shipment scheduling. + Enlist corporate resources as needed to maintain **100% customer satisfaction.** **Required Skills & Qualifications:** + **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, invoicing, and document management. + Strong **financial acumen, including P&L management and budgeting.** + Experience managing **compliance, safety, and hazardous waste regulations.** + Excellent **time management and multitasking abilities.** + Strong **interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills.** + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. + Experience in **technical/manufacturing environments** is a plus.
