The company was founded by Pasquale Rotella and has been based in Los Angeles since it was formed in 1993.
THE ROLE
The Project Manager, Site Experience is responsible for the global project management of the Experience Department, and Experience Warehouse operations. This person is responsible for ensuring the success of event productions by managing the technical, personnel and financial aspects of the Experience department while supporting and coordinating with the Experience and Warehouse Management Team. This is not a remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
LOGISTICS
Manage, facilitate and or attend production meetings to gather requirements, provide operational input and distribute information to relevant teams
Primary point of contact for operational and experience stakeholders throughout specific sourcing and procurement processes
Maintain accurate vendor records and facilitate all visa paperwork for partners, clients and vendors
Liaise Cross-functionally between experience, operations, production and fabrication to ensure day-to-day flow of project timelines and budgets are being followed
Document, create and distribute, live, digital and event SOPs
Provide project development and expectations updates to experience and warehouse leads and personnel
Partner with experience team to advance equipment, site needs and travel details for shows
Facilitate safe, consistent operation and maintenance of all office and mobile equipment
Maintain a detailed and thorough digital record keeping, filing system and database management
Ensure that working conditions are safe and that employees are following company safety procedures
Safely operate various types of utility vehicles by following and enforcing all company and department SOPs
Conduct daily rounds on all areas that fall under responsibility
Recruit members on the team directly and partnering teams
Some travel may be required (economy)
Train and provide support in onboarding team members, clients, vendors and partners when needed
All other projects and initiatives as identified
REPORTING
Partner with finance to evaluate event requirements for budgeting and tracking production finance expenses
Partner with warehouse team to create and maintain inventory and maintenance log
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Create show schedule to present weekly at staff meeting: ensuring information is distributed to head of department in a timely manner
Partner with Experience and Warehouse Management to schedule appropriate number of staff while maintaining labor costs within the assigned budgetary guidelines
Facilitate proper company and interdepartmental communication
Oversee and manage seasonal employees and vendors directly and indirectly on a project basis
Train and provide support in onboarding team members, clients, vendors and partners when needed
All other projects and initiatives as identified
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or trade school accreditation in related field experience
3+ years festival and concert tour experience
Proven ability to remain calm and professional in all situations
Thorough understanding various aspects of festival production
Valid and current driver license, U.S. Passport, and credit card for hotel incidentals
Working knowledge of web and mobile technologies, rich media, social and technical platforms
Proficient in MAC/PC
Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to make clear and concise decisions; sometimes with limited information
Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs and lifting up to 75lbs
Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical, non-technical and executive audiences
Proven ability to project a professional image by working steadily, being a team player and being responsible for personal actions
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must be willing to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and drastic temperature climates while working on site at various event locations
Must be able to work in open concept office space

Hiring Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 USD
