\nSOMMAIRE GENERAL\n\n\n\n\n
Sous la supervision g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et relevant du Directeur des Op\u00e9rations, l'Inspecteur Qualit\u00e9 M\u00e9canique est responsable de l'ex\u00e9cution des inspections et du contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 m\u00e9canique requis conform\u00e9ment aux proc\u00e9dures et aux sp\u00e9cifications de notre client.\n
Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 vos comp\u00e9tences techniques, vous assurez le contr\u00f4le administratif et visuel des pi\u00e8ces et des produits au regard de la documentation technique associ\u00e9e. En cas de non-conformit\u00e9, vous avez la charge de r\u00e9diger un avis qualit\u00e9 complet afin d'effectuer un \u00e9ventuel retour de la pi\u00e8ce.\n\n\n\n\n

\u00b7 Effectuer des inspections et assurer la conformit\u00e9 du produit (v\u00e9rifier apr\u00e8s le remaniement).\n
\u00b7 Inspecter visuellement les travaux m\u00e9caniques;\n
\u00b7 R\u00e9diger des rapports d'inspection et documenter les cas de non-conformit\u00e9;\n
\u00b7 V\u00e9rifier la conformit\u00e9 des sous-ensembles aux exigences contractuelles et internes.\n
\u00b7 Enregistre les r\u00e9sultats de l'inspection dans les outils num\u00e9riques industriels au besoin.\n
\u00b7 Effectuer un examen destructif et non destructif au besoin et qualifi\u00e9.\n
\u00b7 Tenir des registres d'inspection par composant, ensemble et v\u00e9hicule.\n

\nGENERAL SUMMARY\n\n\n\n\n
Under general supervision and reporting to the Director of Quality Operations, the Mechanical Quality Inspector is responsible for carrying out inspections and mechanical quality control required in accordance with our client's procedures and specifications.\n
Thanks to your technical skills, you ensure the administrative and visual inspection of the parts and product regarding the associated technical documentation. In the event of non-compliance, you are responsible for writing a complete quality notification to make a possible return of the part.\n\n\n\n\n
