Visual inspection of partsAssemble parts per shipping InstructionsAdding various components: O Rings, Caps, Nuts/SleevesPack in appropriate Box with label per shipping Instructions.Boxing/Inspection
Help get parts from the parts washers to the Boxing stations.Sorting parts while doing visual inspection and using air hose if needed to remove shavings and other particlesPut parts in specified containers, document part no., qty. and heat no .on proper container.Move boxes of parts from the boxing station to the Shipping Department.InspectionVisual Inspection of Parts ran on CNC Lathes, CNC Mills, and Screw Machines.Blueprint readingUse of micrometers, calipers, and other various gauges.Inspection/Assembly/Packaging Qualifications:
Must have Blueprint reading ability.Must have basic math skills.Computer skill. Creating folders and scanning Material Certifications.Must be able to Identify visual defects on turned or milled metal Products such as cracks, burrs, shavings, out of roundness conditions.Must have experience with micrometers, calipers, and other various gauges.Comfortable lifting 30lbs.Applicant may be subject to a background check*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
