We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Inspector, Quality Records, Level 2 to join our team. This role primarily focuses on handling and\ntransferring technical data information to external customers through the AECS\n(Advanced External Customer System) platform. The ideal candidate should\npossess an understanding of data management principles, exceptional\norganizational skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring accurate and timely\ndata delivery.
Responsibilities:
Manage\n technical data records within the organization's AECS system.
Retrieve and\n compile technical data in accordance with customer requests and\n organizational guidelines.
Ensure the\n accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data transferred to external\n customers.
Collaborate\n with internal stakeholders to gather necessary technical information and\n ensure alignment with customer requirements.
Maintain\n confidentiality and security of sensitive technical data throughout the\n transfer process.
Monitor and\n track data transfer processes to ensure timely delivery to external\n customers.
Troubleshoot\n and resolve any issues related to data transfer or customer inquiries\n promptly.
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
You Must Have:High school\n diploma or equivalent.
US\n Citizenship
2+\n years of experience in technical data transfer or a related role.
Experience in records management or\n data handling roles.
Familiarity\n with technical data management systems.
Strong\n attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and transfer processes.
Excellent\n organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to\n communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
Problem-solving\n skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Understanding\n of confidentiality and data protection regulations.
Eligible to pursue an FAA Repairman's License

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
