Job Title: Circuit Card Assembly Inspector

Shift Hours: 1st Shift 

Pay Range: $22-$24/hr

Our Client:

Our client is a leading aerospace and defense contractor, and they are looking for an Inspector to join their team. This is a temporary position (W2 Only) in Oldsmar, FL and is an excellent opportunity for the right individual. The contract is expected to last approximately 1 year with a pay range of $22-$24/hr. This role is on-site so you should be comfortable commuting to, Oldsmar, FL. Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Circuit Card Assembly Inspector to join our team. The role involves performing visual inspections of solder and conformal coating on circuit card assemblies in accordance with IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Use predetermined methods, inspection operations, and prescribed specifications to visually inspect solder connections and conformal coating on circuit card assemblies.Follow instructions, drawings, inspection instructions, and checklists to ensure compliance with manufacturing and industry specifications, including IPC and related reference documents and standards.Utilize various measuring devices (e.g., dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales) to verify circuit card assemblies meet required specifications.Inspect solder connections on surface mount and plated thru-hole components, as well as the coating of printed wiring boards (PWB) in accordance with IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001 requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience inspecting solder connections on surface mount and plated thru-hole components, as well as coating of PWBs, in accordance with IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001 requirements.Proficient in interpreting drawings, diagrams, parts lists, IPC manuals, revision control, reference documents, and work instructions.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.Must have experience with IPC-A-610 and J-STD standards.
