As a Receiving Inspector here at Honeywell, you will play a\ncritical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of incoming materials and\ncomponents. You will be responsible for inspecting and verifying the quality of\nincoming products, conducting visual inspections, and performing measurements\nand tests to ensure they meet the required specifications. Your attention to\ndetail and adherence to quality standards will contribute to the overall\nsuccess of our aerospace operations. You will report directly to our Quality\nManager, and you'll work out of our Redmond, WA location. In this role, you\nwill impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain by ensuring\nthat only high-quality materials and components are accepted into our\ninventory. Your inspections will help prevent defects and non-conformities,\nensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and\nreliability.
Pay Transparency
The annual\nbase salary range is $60- $72K. Please note\nthat this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers\nvarious factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope\nand responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience,\neducation and training, key skills, as well as market and business\nconsiderations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must\nbe a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent\nresident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee\nstatus.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Receiving Inspector\nor in a similar quality inspection role
• Strong knowledge of\ninspection techniques and tools
•Attention to detail and ability to accurately document\ninspection results
• Basic understanding of quality management systems and\nstandards
WE VALUE
• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent\nexperience
• Experience in the\naerospace industry
• Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality management systems
• Certification in quality inspection or related field
