As an Analytical Inspector here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products through thorough inspections and analysis. Your expertise in analytical techniques and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations. You will report directly to our Quality Control Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location. This is a great opportunity for FAA-certified aircraft mechanics and inspectors with prior experience in quality control inspection, testing, and compliance with FAA regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\nPerform thorough inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products\nUtilize analytical techniques to analyze data and identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions\nEnsure compliance with established quality standards and regulatory requirements\n\n

FAA REQUIREMENTS

All applicants for placement in DOT/FAA safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test, testing for Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines (amphetamine, methamphetamine, MDMA, MDA), Phencyclidine (PCP), and Opioids (codeine, heroin, morphine, oxycodone, oxymorphone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone). \n\nExperience in quality control or inspection in aerospace, commercial, or military aviation\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail\nKnowledge of analytical inspection techniques and instruments\nExperience in a manufacturing or production environment\nKnowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems\nAbility to interpret and analyze data\n\n
