**Inspector Quality CVS Kyushu** **Description** * Responsible for all KPIs and measures with regards to an improved product quality \(Supply parts Quality\) duringthe development phase according the FLP Roadmap * Carry out component APQP for components that are launched in the assigned programs including identification and escalation of potential roadblocks * Responsible for achieving manufacturing process quality targets during launch * Responsible to stop processes and escalate in all cases of non\-conformities to quality \(STOP\-AT\-DEFECT\) * Drive and implement continuous improvement activities affecting process quality in the plant * Support assembly trials and drive for best process quality * Responsible for alerting management for all items affecting product quality/fun\-ctionality in a negative manner * Ensure knowledge about customer specific requirements * Apply standardized tools and methodologies \(e\.g\. supplier capability assessments, supplier performance reviews, requalification audits, 8D reviews, BCAQ, …\) to enable sufficient preparation, execution and maintenance of quality improvement actions at the supply base * Act as a partner for the assigned suppliers to improve supplier development and to foster close collaboration * Support the regional SBD leads and strategic buyers in assessing potential new suppliers * Manage quality complains in business CAQ and share supplier issues that could affect other plants & programs * Support and track supplier 8Ds through to completion \(including verification of corrective actions * Support and track supply base on site \(regularly business trips\) * Follow the special task/role by Quality Manager **Qualifications** * Master or Bachelor in Engineering or comparable education * First experience in automotive project management * Knowledge in quality tools/ valid quality standards * Knowledge in customer specific quality requirements * Knowledge of Kautex manufacturing processes * Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus * Strong local language skills are required **Job:** Quality **Primary Location:** Japan\-Kyushu **Recruiting Company:** Kautex **Schedule:** Full\-time **Job Level:** Individual Contributor **Shift:** First Shift **Req ID:** 328701
