As an Inspector, Quality Researcher on our 2nd shift, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our aircraft meet the highest safety and quality standards. Role Overview:In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting research and inspections to ensure our aircraft meet all airworthiness and regulatory requirements. You’ll collaborate with quality inspectors and customers to provide clear maintenance reports and support aircraft return-to-service processes.
Key Responsibilities:Research maintenance requirements and capture inspection programs, airworthiness directives, and service bulletins.
Perform on-aircraft inspections and document findings to ensure accurate aircraft configurations.
Organize maintenance requirements into easy-to-understand reports for customers.
Support quality inspections and facilitate the return-to-service process.
Ensure compliance with all documentation and regulatory standards.
Perform walk-around inspections and mentor team members in best practices.
Qualifications:Required:A&P Certificate (Airframe & Powerplant)
5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience (corporate or commercial jet)
1+ year of experience as a Quality Inspector
Proficiency with hand tools, measuring tools, and test equipment.
Preferred:Familiarity with maintenance programs like Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
Team-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.

Pay Details: $39.00 to $48.00 per hour
