Join our world class team of diligent problem solvers, innovators, fresh thinkers, and communicators who excite and inspire others. **What You Will Do:** + Perform installation s designated in profitable and proper manner. + Record productive time versus travel time. + Maintaining accurate work records, adequate parts inventory for service vehicle. keep inventory log. + Keeping manuals up to date, and maintain company vehicles, tools and other property in accordance with established procedures. + Presenting neat and clean appearance personally and in workmanship, in accordance with company policies. + Testing equipment before leaving job site and perform safety check. + Maintaining good customer relations and customer service. + Assisting others in install/service methods and other duties as may be required. + Modeling, fostering and driving the Allegion values including Accountability, Respect, Integrity, Vision, Stretch, Boundaryless and Speed. + Other duties as required. **What You Need to Succeed:** + High School Diploma + Ability to work outside in various climate conditions. + Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. + Must be capable of meeting the following physical demands including, but not limited to: lifting or carrying weights form 50-75 lbs., sitting while driving for periods of up to several hours each day, standing on concrete for several hours each day,stooping, crouching, kneeling, crawling and twisting spine occasionally. + Ability to Frequently go up and down ladders. + Ability to work around the following conditions: moving vehicles, object, hazardous machinery, sharp tools cluttered floors, slippery floors, electrical hazards, poor lighting and wet conditions. + Must be able to read basic blueprints. + Ability to work independently and within teams. + Good oral and written communication skills. + Must be proficient in basic computer functions such as email and MS Word. **Additional Preferred Skills & Knowledge:** + Prior experience in the automated door industry including swinging, sliding and revolving doors would be a definite asset. + Prior experience in the construction industry or electrical field + Prior experience servicing automated doors, glazing, installing glass, installing door frames, building door frames, reading blueprints, AAADM Certification **Why Work for Us** **?** Allegion is a Great Place to Grow your Career if:  + You're seeking a rewarding opportunity that allows you to truly help others.  With thousands of employees and customers around the world, there’s plenty of room to make an impact.
