Title: Installation Analyst 
Grade: 9

Location: Belgrade, SRB - on site

Position Overview:

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities and ensuring that projects are completed on time. You will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of projects from initiation to completion.

Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information.

Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and progress.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meetings (including agenda preparation and follow-up), and action items.

Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner.

Support the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, etc. or Experience in project coordination or a related field is an asset.

Strong organizational and switch tasking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Office, QuickBase, SNOW).

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
