**Job Title: Installation and Service Technician** **Job Description** As an Installation and Service Technician, you will be responsible for traveling around Harlingen to install and service fire alarm systems in restaurants. **Responsibilities** + Travel to various locations around Harlingen to install fire alarm systems in restaurants + Service and inspect existing fire alarm systems to ensure they are operating correctly + Troubleshoot and repair any issues with fire alarm systems + Use hand tools and power tools to complete installations and repairs + Perform electrical work related to fire alarm system installation and maintenance + Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations **Essential Skills** + Experience in fire alarm installation and servicing + Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing fire alarm systems + Knowledge of electrical systems related to fire alarms + Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience with fire alarm systems in a commercial setting + Relevant certifications or training in electrical systems or fire alarms + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively **Why Work Here?** This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position that offers mileage reimbursements.
